No. WansMirror uses the Screen Mirroring control already built into iPhone and iPad.

Open WansMirror on the Windows PC, keep both devices on the same local network, then open Screen Mirroring in Control Center and select the WansMirror receiver.

The mirrored video and audio travel across your local network, not through this website or a cloud relay. Internet access can still be needed for downloading WansMirror or using online account and checkout services.

Confirm that WansMirror is open and that the iPhone or iPad and Windows PC are on the same local network. Some guest, managed, or isolated networks prevent nearby devices from seeing each other.

Mirroring quality depends on the phone, PC, and local network together. Move the phone closer to the Wi-Fi access point, reduce network congestion, or connect the Windows PC by Ethernet when practical. A lower resolution can also be easier for the complete path to sustain.

Check the selected Windows output device and its volume, then confirm that the content playing on the iPhone or iPad is not muted. WansMirror receives audio with the supported mirroring session; the website never carries that audio.

Free includes the complete core mirroring experience at 720p, with video and audio. It does not require an account or activation.

Pro adds 1080p, 1440p, and 4K resolution options and supports at most two active installations. Actual coded dimensions are selected by iOS and can be lower than the requested ceiling.

A Pro grant supports up to two active device bindings. A third device cannot receive a new Pro entitlement until an existing binding is no longer active.

A completed purchase will connect to a one-time activation flow for the Windows app. Keep activation codes and entitlement information private. Public Pro purchasing is not available yet.
