Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using WansMirror, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the software.

License to use WansMirror

WansMirror grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the software for lawful personal or business purposes, subject to the plan and device limits that apply to you. The software is licensed, not sold.

You may not redistribute, sell, sublicense, rent, bypass licensing or security controls, use the software to provide unauthorized access, or reverse engineer it except where applicable law expressly permits that activity despite this restriction.

Free and Pro

Free includes the complete core mirroring experience at 720p without activation. Pro adds 1080p, 1440p, and up to 4K resolution options. A Pro entitlement supports at most two active Windows installations.

Resolution options are maximums, not a guarantee of a particular coded picture in every session. Results depend on the iPhone or iPad, Windows PC, and local network.

Purchasing and subscriptions

Pro purchasing is not currently available on the public website. When purchasing launches, the price, billing interval, renewal terms, and applicable taxes will be shown before purchase. Lemon Squeezy will process payment as the third-party checkout provider.

A paid entitlement can enter grace, expire, or be revoked when the related subscription ends, payment remains unresolved, a refund or chargeback reverses the purchase, or the entitlement is obtained or used improperly. Provider and applicable-law refund terms apply; these terms do not promise a separate refund or trial.

Software updates

WansMirror may offer signed software updates that improve reliability, security, compatibility, or features. Availability, requirements, and support can change over time. Do not obtain installers from untrusted sources.

Lawful and responsible use

You are responsible for the devices, networks, content, permissions, and legal rights involved in your use. Do not use WansMirror to violate privacy, intellectual-property, access-control, or other applicable laws, or to interfere with the service or other users.

Availability and termination

The website, downloads, support, and software features may be changed, suspended, or discontinued. Access may be restricted or terminated for material breach, fraud, abuse, security risk, or where continued service is not reasonably possible.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

WansMirror is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, implied warranties are disclaimed and WansMirror is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, revenue, or business opportunity.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
